Choose a room with a door you can close, away from TVs, pets and siblings.

Earbuds or headphones with a mic sound much better and prevent echo.
Face the Light
Sit facing a window or lamp, not with one behind you, so we can see you clearly.
Steady Your Camera
Prop your laptop or phone at eye level. If you're on a phone, turn it sideways.
Test Zoom Early
Install or update Zoom ahead of time and join a few minutes early.
Bring Your Stories
Think about a favorite game, a teammate or coach who shaped you, and your goals.
Who can be a guest?
Players, coaches, parents and anyone with a story from Western PA softball and baseball. This season we're especially looking for seniors.
Can a parent or coach join the call?
Absolutely. Parents and coaches are welcome to sit in, and for younger players we encourage it.
What if I need to reschedule?
Use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation email to pick a new time. No need to reach out first.
